Refund Policy
Adinocs provides tele-reporting and software consulting services on a post-service billing basis (weekly or monthly). As our services are personalized and consumed upon delivery, we do not offer returns or refunds.
- All services are final and non-returnable once delivered and accepted.
- No refunds will be processed unless a billing dispute is raised within 7 days of invoice.
- Once the refund request is approved , the refunded amount will be processed and credited within 7 business days.
- Clients are encouraged to report any service issues promptly to our support team.
